Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is fully refundable. Our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If we do not receive 48 hours notice then unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable. All customers who fail to turn up to their appointments on the day will be charged the full amount for their treatment. We completely understand that things can happen last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. We thank you for your understanding.
